Lifestyle Products Refunds & Returns

You can return any lifestyle item and request a refund or credit within 21 days of purchase as long as the item is unused, and in the original packaging which must be in the original condition.

To initiate a return, please contact rockleybrahmans@gmail.com.au. In the email you will need to include your order number and provide the email address you used to check out with.

We do not offer returns for change-of-mind purchases.

We do not offer exchanges for returned items.

Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange.

Rules for Returning Lifestyle Products

  1. You have 21 days from purchase to return your item (s) to our office.
  2. Items were not on sale or discounted at the time of purchase.
  3. Item (s) must be in the original packaging which must be in the original condition.
  4. Item (s) must be unworn and unused

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning item/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We always recommend using a trackable postal service when returning items to us. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds for Lifestyle Products

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Semen Purchases Terms and Conditions 

No refunds or warranties apply for semen sales.

The goods are the sole responsibility of the purchaser (known as the Owner herewith) from the time of payment. Insurance of goods stored at Rocky Repro Pty Ltd shall be the sole responsibility of the Owner. The Owner acknowledges that Rocky Repro Pty Ltd does not provide insurance to cover the potential loss of any goods. This includes but is not limited to all transit of the goods for any purpose. Any associated freighting/forwarding costs must be paid in full before the goods leave Rocky Repro. The Owner is responsible for paying any/all storage costs until the goods are freighted/forwarded from Rocky Repro. Fees and charges pertaining to the storage of goods are subject to change.
